Workflow

Each appraiser conducts inspections through a company provided tablet with a pre-installed inspection software which reduces human error and ensures all required information is collected on-site. Our appraisal process ensures the owner’s privacy is respected and eliminates the risk of requiring a follow up inspection due to missing information.
Communication
Once an order is placed, we keep our client in the loop regarding the inspection, analysis, and report delivery timelines. We also believe in keeping property owners updated through introductory emails from the appraiser once the appointment is set. All appraisers wear ID tags to improve the ease and comfort of owners and occupants.
