Que-Tran Hoang's Real Estate Appraisal journey began in 2015 with a focus on residential properties before expanding into commercial appraisals. She's gained significant experience across various property types, including industrial, retail, offices, rental apartments, development lands, and agricultural properties. Her work is highly regarded by lenders, the Canadian Revenue Agency, governmental bodies, BC Supreme Courts, and private real estate stakeholders, leading to her AACI designation in 2019. 

Que-Tran extends her expertise by mentoring and training candidate appraisers, providing expert testimony in court, and performing appraisal reviews for different purposes. Notably, she was appointed to the Payments in Lieu of Taxes Dispute Advisory Panel in December 2022, where she advises on federal property taxation payment disputes to the Minister of Public Works and Government Services. 

A committed volunteer, Que-Tran has been actively involved with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) - British Columbia Affiliation since 2017. She was elected as the 2nd Vice-President of the AIC-BC in November 2023, and also holds leadership roles in the Vietnamese Professionals Association of BC, the VPABC Scholarship Foundation, and Karate BC, where she serves as a Certified Coach and Provincial Competition Judge. Additionally, she is a professional member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia. 

Que-Tran's dedication to continuous learning and professional growth is evident in her pursuit of an M.B.A. degree at the UBC Sauder School of Business, underlining her strong belief in ongoing education and development.
